MINEFIELD  REGISTRATION

What you get by registering Minefield:

You don't get a registration code. You don't get a diskette or cd. You just receive the URL for download of non-protected version of Minefield, and you download the file yourself. As a present, you get free registration for my other shareware game, Monochrome Lines.

How to install the registered version:

After you register, you will receive automatic reply from Regnow (within seconds) with the URL for download from their server (note that this email will have my name and address in the header, although it doesn't come from me). Within a day or two you should get my manual reply with the URL for download form my server. Files are identical, only there are instructions and Minefield on my server. However, I may happen to be sick, out of town, or something, so you can only be certain to get Regnow's reply, and that's why here you have short instructions: If you downloaded and ran full setup of shareware (free) version, then go to control panel and uninstall it using "add/remove programs". Now download the file from Regnow. It's a zip file containing the new setup. Run setup.exe. For those who know what I'm talking about: you may backup mmmine.cfg file containing your high scores before installation of the registered version, and place it back to the working folder later.

Important warning:

Make sure my and Regnow's email don't get back asking me to fill some form to allow me to send you email. That is not included in the price!!! There are other ways to avoid spam, not humiliating for those who have to mail you.

After I receive information about your registration, I'll put you in my registered users database, and you'll:
- become registered user of Minefield (I'll email you the URL for download of non-protected version)
- retain the right to download Minefield (from me, not Regnow) some time in the future if you manage to lose it or if there are version upgrades.
