Full setups

Download and open a zip file. If you fail, try installing winzip. After the archive has been opened, double-click on setup.exe which will appear on the file list (or you may extract it to a temporary folder and then run it from there). Follow the instructions to complete the setup. After it's finished, "mp3 software" folder will appear on your start menu containing shortcuts to my mp3 program(s). Also, shortcut(s) will appear on the desktop (right-click and choose "delete" if you don't want them there). Later, you can go to control panel -> add/remove programs, and uninstall my program(s).

"Lite" versions

These files are significantly smaller. Download them if you're familiar with computers. There is no setup, just extract a zip file to a folder you create for this purpose. Later, uninstall by deleting this folder. Programs are self-sufficient and don't really require full setup.
